Tina Sharp

CHIEF HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER

Tina is a graduate of Oakland University, where she earned both her Bachelor’s degree and  Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with concentrations in human resource management and entrepreneurship.  She brings over 20 years of human resources experience to MyCare, with over half of those years in the non-profit sector.

Tina’s areas of expertise include employment law compliance, employee relations, leave of absence management, and benefit plan design and administration. She is accomplished in implementing policies and procedures related to successful compliance with employment laws such as the Affordable Care Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, and Family Medical Leave Act.   Tina is passionate about creating and maintaining a positive and inclusive work environment that supports the engagement and growth of our diverse and dedicated staff.
