Our Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) Program aims to provide a safe place to receive treatment for opioid and/or alcohol use disorder. Utilizing a combination of medication and counseling we are working to help individuals succeed in regaining control of their lives. To get confidential information on how we can help, please call us today.
The ultimate goal of MAT is full recovery, including the ability to live a self-directed life. Addiction cannot be cured but can be managed. Most people cannot recover alone. MAT combines the use of medication and behavioral therapy to treat people who have a substance use disorder, such as opioids and/or alcohol, regain optimal functioning and healthy living. Therapy can help work through the psychological aspects of dependence. Medication can help address the physical aspects in the brain and lessen cravings; providing the individual with a substance use disorder the chance to focus on their recovery.
